Tasks and objectives
The purpose of the B2B platform is to automate most of the commercial activities conducted between the company and its contractors.
The system is integrated with storage, production, and financial modules using an ERP system. It allows the display of a product range along with prices, discounts, and promotions dedicated to each user individually. It also supports and generates production orders.
The B2B system also informs about the state of payments, including access to the history of sales documents. We also implemented these dedicated functionalities:
- transport module – allows route planning, shipping preparation and generates notifications related to transport,
- complaint module – enabling filing, analysing complaints and facilitating decision making.
