B2B platform for Barlinek
Tasks and objectives
The execution involved the implementation of the B2B system which its basic task is the automation of commercial operations between Barlinek and foreign units of the sales network.
One of the conditions necessary to implement the system was its integration with the IFS system in the following areas: product catalogue, orders, and the structure of the sales network. The B2B system enables the efficient service of the product ordering process.
Each sales point can see on individually prepared product catalogue, check the availability of each product, and place an order much faster. Additionally, the seller can prepare and print an offer for the client and later transform it into an order.
The system covers different types of users roles, which allows to profile system’s data and functions for the seller, the dealer, the sales representative, or the sales manager. An example of such a solution can be the implemented report module, which is available only for the sales representative, the dealer, and the manager.
There is also a loyalty program available in the system. Its participants receive points based on registered and verified purchases. It is also worth mentioning two more modules used by platform users.
The first of them is a notification module that allows publishing information for the units of the sales network (including the market and specific sales points). The second is a complaint module that allows the registration of customers’ complaints in the system. Currently, the system supports Ukrainian, Romanian, and Russian markets.
