Inter Cars is a leading distributor of car parts and accessories in Europe. It was established in Poland in 1990 and now operates in 18 European markets.

Along with providing quality products, the company offers technical training for mechanics, consultancy, and servicing.

Their dedication and focus on product development have earned them high praise from both customers and industry experts.

Tasks and objectives

For Inter Cars we have created a loyalty programme, which was specifically targeted towards their employees.

It was designed to encourage them to reach their sales targets by providing rewards for completing specific actions. The main objective of the implementation was to motivate the employees to achieve their goals and improve performance.

The loyalty program is driving sales and providing motivation
employees, resulting in increased productivity.

The tasks completed are rewarded with points which can be redeemed for prepaid cards. Sales goals were classified into various categories that included sales, new customer acquisition, order fulfilment levels, and productivity.

The participants’ progress was reviewed monthly, and the rewards were distributed in the form of points. In this way, Inter Cars has received an excellent motivation tool that ensures that employees’ hard work is recognised and rewarded.
