Tasks and objectives
For Stock Polska we have implemented an invoice flow management system based on our proprietary Logito platform. The implementation was preceded by a deep analysis of client's needs, the diagnosis of existing problems in invoices workflow, and specifying goals that the organization wants to achieve. As a result of these works there were defined, for example, paths of invoices workflow as well as the ordering documents.
An important element of the implementation was determining the procedure for accepting documents according to the accepted authorization table. The cost acceptance limits for particular cost codes (MPK numbers, orders) have also been set.
The job also included preparing mobile applications for sales representatives. It allows registering invoices by people working outside of the office. The platform has also been integrated with the currently used SAP system in the organization.
