The Black Red White Group, which has been present in the dynamic furniture market for almost three decades, is constantly moving forward in the field of e-commerce.

To expand its offerings and attract new customers, the company collaborated with the renowned Mirakl platform to create its own marketplace.

Ideo Software has become a key technology partner in this project. By working with Mirakl and Ideo Software, Black Red White has created a unique and dynamic online shopping environment. This new platform will undoubtedly attract more customers and offer an even greater range of products.

Tasks and objectives

Ensuring the integration of the systems was crucial for the entire process.

To achieve full integration with Mirakl, we engaged in extensive analysis and preparation. Along with integrating the Pimcore system, we also incorporated the popular Polish Przelewy24 payment platform.

These integrations formed the foundation for a successful implementation and smooth operation of the new marketplace. That is why the process required attention to detail and a deep understanding of the systems involved.

With professionalism and precision, Black Red White has merged all the elements into a coherent ecosystem. As a result, the company enjoys an efficient shopping experience with streamlined management of products and payments.

Black Red White has done an amazing job at putting together the synergies of various platforms, culminating in an advanced and efficient e-commerce ecosystem that functions seamlessly.

 

Our main objective was to use the Mirakl marketplace system to seamlessly combine offers from various sellers.

When the user reconnects to the Internet, the information is sent to Google Analytics. This solution can be used to analyze the behavior of potential customers. To make the site load faster when navigating through it, we used Single Page Application (SPA) technology. This allows for dynamic rendering of page elements as the user browses through them.

Our new architecture includes the newly integrated PIM system, which is essential for efficiently gathering, standardizing, and controlling product data from various sources.

The advanced two-way synchronization ensures that the store page is always updated with the latest product and supplier information. This, combined with the automatically generated filters and subpages, makes it incredibly easy for customers to navigate and find the exact products they need.

Plus, the offer evaluation algorithm guarantees that customers are presented with offers that best match their needs, making their shopping experience even more satisfying and streamlined. By constantly synchronizing prices, customers can easily access the latest information on product costs.

With the creation of the new marketplace, we have brought together suppliers and sellers in the "furniture and interior design" category, providing customers with a convenient one-stop shop for a wide range of products. The partnership with Mirakl has enabled Black Red White Group to enhance its position in the online furniture market and reach a larger audience. Moreover, they can use the Przelewy24 system to make a hassle-free one-time payment for all the products. This not only simplifies the buying process but also enhances transparency and security.

The new furniture and interior design marketplace connects suppliers and sellers, providing customers with easy access to a wide range of products in a single location.
