Tasks and objectives
The Client was provided with a website and a mobile app called MójDHL. The website has various useful features that complement the user-friendly app. The initial phase of the project involved creating a new website that allows users to track their courier parcels.
Track&Trace permits unregistered users to track up to five packages at once
The next stage of work was the development of the MójDHL mobile application, which includes an expanded section for logged-in users. This section provides more options and personalization of personal settings.
We have used PWA and TWA technologies to reduce the costs associated with introducing additional functionalities.

The mobile application has several features such as:
- Adding a phone number and email address to contact
- Shipping history
- Additional settings for the user interface (language, contrast, availability)
- Links to the website
With the shipment management feature, users can redirect the parcel or contact the courier from within the application. We have also prepared a FAQ section for each stage of the shipping process to facilitate and optimize users' contact with Customer Service.
The shipment information is displayed on an easy-to-read timeline and includes the most important information for the user. Moreover, if it is a courier shipment, the application allows you to view the courier's location and phone number.
The mobile application includes a two-step user registration process by providing a phone number and then entering the code received in the form of an SMS. The application displays a preview of all parcels registered to a given phone number and email address. The user can manage received parcels by deleting or archiving them.
The detailed parcel view includes a management panel with all necessary shipment information.
In the "Details" section, you can access information about the pickup code and choose to cancel or redirect your shipment. If your parcel is being delivered to a parcel point or locker, you can use Google or Apple maps to check its location.
The app has two categories: "Sent to me" and "Sent by me," with the latter allowing you to track the progress of your sent packages. You can also make use of the barcode section to streamline the shipping process.
The main goal of the mobile application is to simplify the shipment management process, optimize parcel monitoring, and enhance user convenience.
The app includes a customer satisfaction survey module to gather customer feedback on delivered parcels and improve the delivery process. Overall, the MójDHL app is an intuitive and convenient tool that lets you monitor all parcels delivered by DHL Parcel Polska, with benefits like simplified shipment management and remote package pickup.
