Privacy Policy
The following Policy sets out the rules for storing and accessing data on the Devices of Users using the Service to provide electronic services by the Administrator, as well as the rules for collecting and processing the personal data of Users that have been provided by them personally and voluntarily through the tools available on the Service.
The administrator of your personal data is Ideo Sp. z o.o., headquartered in Rzeszow (35-234), 13 Nad Przyrwa Street, unless expressly indicated otherwise. The Administrator has appointed a Data Protection Supervisor whom you can contact at odo@ideo.pl. Cookies (so-called "cookies") They are IT data, in particular small text files, which are stored in the Service User's terminal equipment and are intended for use on the Website. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the time they are stored on the end device, and a unique number. It is up to the User to decide whether they want copies stored on their computer.
Cookies are used for:
- adapting the content of the Website's pages to the User's preferences and optimizing the use of the websites; in particular, these files allow for recognition of the Website User's device and proper display of the website, adjusted to their individual needs;
- creation of statistics that help to understand how Users of the Website use websites, which allows them to improve their structure and content;
- maintaining a session of a User of the Website (after logging in), thanks to which a User does not have to re-enter their login and password on each subpage of the Website;
The Service uses two main types of cookies: "session" (session cookies) and "permanent" (persistent cookies). "Session" cookies are temporary files stored on the User's terminal equipment until the User logs out, leaves the website, or shuts down the software (web browser). "Permanent" cookies are stored on the User's end device for the time specified in the parameters of the cookies or until they are deleted by the User.

We declare that we process your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as RODO) and the Act of May 10, 2018 on the protection of personal data.
Your personal data is processed with appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of such data. However, despite the application of safeguards in accordance with current knowledge and standards, the risk of use of personal data by unauthorized persons through the crime of theft of such data cannot be excluded.
Why do we process your data?
Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
- use of the Service based on your interest (basis of Article 6(1)(b) RODO);
- performance of a legal obligation, if such an obligation is imposed on us (basis from Article 6 (1) (c) RODO);
- analytical, e.g. to select services for you, and your needs; to optimize products and services based on your comments, your interest, and application technical logs; to optimize service processes based on the course of service processes, which is our legitimate interest (basis of Article 6(1)(f) RODO);
- archival (evidential) to secure information in case of a legal need to prove facts, which is our legitimate interest (the basis of Article 6(1)(f) RODO);
- for the possible establishment, investigation, or defense against claims, which is our legitimate interest (the basis of Article 6(1)(f) RODO);
- to receive commercial information, if you have consented to receive commercial information (legal basis from Article 6(1)(a) RODO);
- to survey your satisfaction and determine the quality of services, which is our legitimate interest (legal basis from Article 6(1)(f) RODO);
- to offer you products and services directly (direct marketing), including matching them to your needs using profiling, which is our legitimate interest.
How long do we keep your data?
Your data obtained to use the Service is stored for the period of your use of the Service or the period necessary for the conclusion and performance of the related contract.
If an agreement is concluded, we process your personal data until the end of the statute of limitations for potential claims arising from it. We process personal data for marketing purposes and satisfaction surveys only for the duration of the contract binding us or until you raise a valid objection.
Is there a requirement to provide data?
Provision of personal data is voluntary, but failure to provide data marked as necessary to provide services to you will prevent the provision of services. Cookie control

- The right to have your data erased (in certain situations),
- The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority dealing with personal data protection,
- The right to restrict data processing. If your data is processed based on consent, you may additionally exercise the following rights:
- The right to withdraw consent processed on that basis. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that was carried out based on consent before its withdrawal.
If your data is processed based on consent or as part of the service provided (the data is necessary for the purpose of providing the service), you may additionally exercise the following rights:
- The right to portability of personal data, for example, to receive your personal data from the controller in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format. You can send this data to another data controller.

To which recipients will your data be transferred?
- We may share your personal data with third parties - our partners - only in connection with the fulfillment of the purposes of the service or for the proper performance of the contract if it is concluded.
- Your data may also be transferred to our subcontractors, for example, entities we use to conduct our business and provide services, including IT service providers and marketing agencies. However, such entities process data based on a contract concluded with us and only under our instructions in compliance with the requirements of RODO and the Personal Data Protection Act. One such subcontractor is Google, which is why we recommend reading Google's Privacy Policy.
- Your personal data may be transferred to entities entitled to receive them under applicable laws, including judicial authorities. We may also provide your data to judicial authorities to protect our own legitimate interests or to assert our rights, in particular, if you violate the law.
